 Bike the Sites

Bike the Sites tours are the most unique, dynamic and fun way to see our nation‘s capital, whether you‘re a first-time visitor to Washington or a local. Tours combine history, interesting facts, and a love for the city with a safe, enjoyable, and easy bike ride. Stop by the kiosk at The Old Post Office Pavilion.

The tours are completed at a relaxing pace and are for the "occasional" exerciser. Anyone 9 years or older who can comfortably ride a bicycle can participate. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16.

The lead guides have been professionally licensed and trained in CPR and First Aid. All other guides are avid cyclists and may be professionally licensed and trained in CPR and First Aid. They will provide you with a mountain bike fitted to your appropriate size. Helmets, water bottles, and a light snack (for some tours) are also provided. All tours are outdoors so wear seasonally appropriate clothing (not too loose) and closed-toe shoes.

Don‘t forget your camera, but please pack lightly, as you will be riding with your belongings.
