The 39th Annual Smithsonian Kite Festival is a Sky Fantasy. What an incredible visual - thousands of kites of different shape and construction coloring the DC's sky.
The festival is one of the most popular annual events held on the National Mall and takes place during the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
